SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs and delivery times:
- Our delivery times in mainland Spain are 24-48 business hours; we do our best to ensure orders ship the same day :) This way, they are almost always delivered the day after they are placed.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- Petite Siesta is not responsible if no one is at home to receive the package at the time of delivery (two delivery attempts will be made).
- Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, or duties. If your order must clear customs, Petite Siesta will not cover any additional costs.
- The delivery time for personalized products is 10 business days, but we always try to ship them sooner, and they usually take about 3-4 days.
